Returns Policy

 

In general, we do not accept returns.  However, if you receive your order and you are not happy with it, we urge you to please contact us within 1 business day of receiving your order and depending on the reason you are not happy with it, you may be eligible to return your order. 

 

*If we fill the order incorrectly, then you are eligible to return your order and either receive a full refund or have another shipped to you. 

*Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received by King Kreations.

*If an item needs to be returned, we will cover the shipping costs and send you a return label, but you will be responsible for packing the item/items. Items must be packed in a secure manner so that the items are not damaged during shipping.  We recommend packing items similar to how they were packed when you received them. 

 

Damaged Items:

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please take photos of the damaged item/items AND the packaging. You must contact us within 1 business day of receiving the package.
