Shipping Costs:

King Kreations offers free shipping on all items.

Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary, depending upon the item ordered.  Handmade & personalized/customized orders ship in 1 to 2 weeks. All other items ship in 1-3 business days.  Please note that shipping time reflects the time it takes for King Kreations to ship your item, not the time it takes to be delivered, once it has been shipped.  If you need your items sooner, please contact me by email or message and if there is any way possible for me to speed up your order, I will be more than happy to do so.

Orders not received:
If tracking shows your package as delivered and you did not receive it,  we recommend reaching out to your local post office and/or checking with your neighbors to see if it was delivered to them by accident. 

King Kreations is not responsible for orders once they have been shipped.

  

Returned Packages:
Kindly make sure you enter your address correctly at checkout to ensure your package is delivered. If we receive a package that has been returned due to an insufficient address, we're happy to resend it to you if you provide the correct shipping address in addition to paying the new shipping charges. Refunds will not be issued for returned packages if they are Handmade, Customized, or Personalized items.
